User Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Exambridge using Facebook and would like your account data deleted, you may request deletion using the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion in either of these ways:

• Email us at support@exambridge.com with the subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
• If available in your account dashboard, use the account deletion option inside the app.

Information to Include

• Your full name
• The email address used on Exambridge
• A note that the request relates to Facebook sign-in

What We Delete

• Your stored profile data in our database
• Your Facebook-linked sign-in identifier stored for your account
• Associated active session records where applicable

What We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 to 30 days, depending on the nature of the request and any necessary verification.

Confirmation

Once your deletion request has been completed, we will send confirmation to the email address associated with your request where applicable.
